You're editing what the KERP quotation said to continue your trolling. "All amounts owing subject to the KERP charge have been paid" (I've underlined the part you cut) does not mean the KERP bonuses were paid. They weren't. The KERP was to be funded out of the proceeds of a successful SISP and any other related sales of inventory, tools, parts, appurtenances, etc., and those were subject to a charge to fund the KERP. It says right in the court records those bonuses would only be paid if the secured creditors, DIP lender, and admin charges were completely covered, and they weren't. Secured creditors only got $5.2M total, clearly documented in black and white in the court records.
