There are only three decisions to make in stock investment: Hold, Sell or Buy. This decision should be governed by a due diligence investigation including the future projections on earnings, growth and research and development.

Elite's CEO has stated in a forward looking statement at the last conference call that he foresees revenue next year surpassing $40 M. based on future Adderall sales, now directly distributed by the company, the approval and launch of two or three new products, and the final application and future approval of Oxycontin.

We also know that the company has increased its workforce, is currently hiring new employees, and is considering an updating and increase of its production facility.

While the company anticipates a flat quarter due to ramping up the distribution network after the elimination of Lannett partnership, future quarters thereafter are expected to be positive and recent statements by the FDA indicates that the DEA and FDA may very well increase the Elite quota for Adderall.

Conclusion: Strong Buy.
