It clearly states September 2023 !!!

It is only August 2023, they could still pull a rabbit out of the bag !
The 45 days prior, is still current up and until the date they say it will be published. And although it is published on the 8 - K. as we have seen before dates and times mean nothing to TTCM. We also saw the 45 days for the Ticker and Name change come and go with no remorse..
