Didn't you state you had family members working in law?
The documents are there, to this day you still refuse to read them. Get your lawyer to read them and explain them to you. Something tells me you'll tell them they're wrong anyway.
If "BioAmber" is active as you state - tell everyone who the directors of the company are.
