There appears to be quite the fairytale fantasy story unfolding with Nioturd, vast riches, shovel ready, photos of buildings that do not exist ect. However, just take a closer look at the reality………

Nioturd does not own the required land outright.
Nioturd is/has not produced anything.
Nioturd does not even have a mine.
pps has continually dropped form pre split pps of $0.82 the day before going to the NASDAQ all the way down to currently a pre split pps of $0.46
Management and others have made out like bandits all while retail investors lost 90% of the shares once held during a 10 for 1 reverse split. Since the r/s Nioturd has lost 40% of it’s value.
Nioturd has accepted what amounts to toxic financing from Yorkville.
