No. They are stating in press releases and the 10-Q, 10-k that they have built up 60some billion of capital over time, when their retained earnings account is at negative hundreds of billions of dollars and growing due to that technical transfer you speak of. It is fraud no matter how you want to be technical about it. There is less than zero earnings retained. Is the 10-Q using GAAP when it discusses the SPS LP and keeps the LP off the balance sheet?
