The debt spin off does when you are looking down the road and it's a public company.

When you file and it dissappears. You have to explain where it went, to who, the terms, and detail the exchange...

I doubt with this month long delay it checked all those boxes and they most likely went back to the drawing board.

Again, they probably jumped the gun.

You'd think they would learn by now.
