Specific issues are best handled via PM to Admin, instead of posting vague complaints publicly, then complaining that others don't understand.

I know how it works. Those are the steps I took. I know what happened to me...no one here beside Admin knows this. It has been corrected. A lot of individuals making erroneous comments regarding this seem to think that they know what happens on every forum. They do not.
