he or she talked about offerings because - it is say 90% likely - there will be secondary offerings of common stock to raise capital - known to humans as cash to pay the bills

how much?
when?
how often?
at what price will new shares sell ?

That is the discussion if we had anything to present - but IMO IMO to think there will not be an offering is to wait for a Unicorn event
