Not sure what you find funny and I don't know what you mean by you being pretty sure the market didn't agree with me. Instead of making an ambiguous broad statement like that, his about offering some facts or details to support that statement? I don't see how you could tho because the biggest boost in price associated with IPR outcomes would be back in 2014 or 15 or whenever that was when there were something like 8 IPR decisions, which, along with many paid and unpaid pumps that were happening at the time, pushed the price up to 45 cents for a very short time, flowed by 4 straight years of an over 95% steady downtrend all the way back to 2 cents or so. To my memory, of all the other IPR decisions that were positive outcomes for vplm, in some cases there was little to no effect. I think in 1 case the pps we t down. Certainly no earth shattering, write home about it, spikes in price have happened as far as I know. If you were referring to today, 1st of all, we've been seeing mini pump and dumps doing on for days. In today's case, since that positive result was announced today about 4 more positive outcomes, so I'll agree to attribute the entire upward price movement to that exclusively. So what did we see. Let me check the chart....ok, we were up almost 34% for near half the day. Pretty impressive for vplm but it only ended the day that high and I already suggested or predicted that in all likelihood, the pps would drop off a cliff like it always does. So we'll have to wait til Mondays session is over. If it takes a big dive as I think there's a good chance will happen, then that will support my contentions that the IPR decisions don't do much for the price except for a minor temporary bump. If, on the other hand, it does continue to rise to a significantly higher price AND hangs on for at least a couple days without crashing, then I'd agree that maybe the IPR was a contributing factor. But don't forget that technically and/or legally, nothing is added to patents due to the IPRs. They're no more valid than they started with before the IPR or since the patent was 1st created.

All my commentary is to be considered as my personal opinions, to which I am entitled. And there is no proof of said opinions unless I offer it in the comments.
