Deal involved $7 million AUD and with issuance of 10 million common shares into Zeolite Australia to be utilized for equipment upgrades and expansion of its operations in exchange for a fifty-one percent (51%) interest in Zeolite. NNRF will have the option to purchase the remaining shares over the next five years. The two companies will also be forming a Joint Venture Agreement in Australia and New Zealand which will have access to a new technology that could revolutionize the green economy.

-The Plazer System is the first commercially viable system which can be scaled to meet the needs of larger projects. The system is so dynamic with so many possible opportunities that it would be impossible to list them all in one press release.

Australia is always ahead of everyone else with mineral applications, imagine if they can get this on the ASX (Australian stock mkt) they loe mineral stocks there.
