There was never a deadline that was your wishful thinking but hey twist up some angle to make him look worse than he already does. He f-ed up and didn't do his proper due diligence on his purchase of RSHN and he is paying the price of that mistake financially, credibility and time frame wise. His ambition to elevate HeliosDX to a different market and out of the otc had a 2 year delay. He has lost his ass on trying to get RSHN clean and it didn't work and looks at this time that it never will. He is up to something and I hope it will be revealed pretty soon. Might be a separate company he will sell HDX to. Might have created a whole new company and now going to somehow transition/purchase HDX out of RSHN, Might be merging with another entity altogether, might have had a breakthrough with SEC could be a lot of things. We will just have to wait and see.
