geesh, you are so full of shit. The judge did not like the way the agreement was written so she told the two sides to rewrite it in more specific terms and come back to her when they are ready. The plea agreement will still get done.
One point specifically was that they wanted the judge to take control of Hunter's supervision period on the weapons charge. She said that was not her job and asked why they would suggest such a thing. Both prosecution and defense stated that they were afraid that if the orange taintwaffle was elected, he would try to burn up the probation agreement and throw Hunter in jail for no other reason than spite.
The judge agreed with them and said she's seen the former president's comments but she still couldn't agree to that deal so they have to go back in and offer some kind of immunity for Hunter that didn't involve her. As I said before, I wouldn't be surprised if they threw out the weapons charge altogether but either way they need to figure something out.
The rest was semantics and what Hunter was actually pleading to, which was too vague for the judge to accept. They'll probably have something cobbled together in the next couple weeks. Both sides want to get this deal done and move on....
Now as far as your fantasies about multiple felonies involving Joe, that's just more bullshit on your part. Weiss said the only thing under further investigation is if Hunter was acting as an unregistered foreign agent which is a felony but I don't know anything about what all that entails, so I won't comment on what I don't know, unlike you.
