Didnt say you were....they will file...And there has been no dilution/note conversions since several weeks ago. Like I said, I pissed at mgmt for allowing this to recycle back to .10 range for not being current on filings agains for 2 time periods in a row....however...they were stellar on filings for 2 years on time...There is a lot going on in the company is my take that could be delaying them...NO EXCUSE THO...its basic and a must for this company to be current on filings ALWAYS.
