You're flat out wrong. Putin had Trump's peter in his pocket; not one critical word of Putin from Trump in all four years.

You've posted nothing to refute this....

If Trump had been reelected, 'I don't know why they would' would be Trump's response to questions about Russian intentions to invade Ukraine.

Whatever Putin thought about Biden's and NATO's response was wrong. The dumb bastard now has a 900 mi border with a NATO country.
