Not sure your point. You are confirming the belief and opinion that the STNT shares being floated here as making the audit fraudulent is not true. That is what I believe, the CEO has shared, the firm completing the audit, most concur with, etc..

That is just factual what you indicated and nothing selective about anything. But yes, I would like the know more about the debt deal and have said, and will say again here, that I'm not happy with the communication style from the company on this short timeframe and then not delivering. If you don't know what will happen in 2 days, then don't say it.

These will be consideration paid for the debt so that should be no surprise to anyone.
