You missed the point. It could be an audit firm recommended by Charles Schwab and endorsed by Warren Buffet for all the good it did. Bragging on their credentials is like saying the Yankees will win the next World Series because the umpires come highly recommended.

It's on HeliosDx to do the work, not the auditors.

But speaking of auditors, how long did it take? 18 months? Oh yeah, the auditors and the attorneys, they are doing just fine here. They've found a honey pot and they are licking it clean. Probably knowing full well they aren't accomplishing a thing except to bask in the $400/hr billing rates. Ditto that for the advertising firm (with the very dubious personal connections to Sweat).

Share price, tanked. Miserable waste of money seeing as how the audit isn't worth the paper it was printed on. The audit was necessary for FINRA approval. Too bad they didn't take the advice that FINRA approval was never in the cards, audited or not. This team came to the game with nice, neatly pressed, shiny uniforms... but without their bats!

The audit was lipstick on a pig, nothing more.
