[] A/S RAISED to 5,100,000,000 (5.1 BILLION)

[] LOST the George RR Martin IP
[] Now the RIGHTS are in a lawsuit.
[] GRRM wants them back & is SUING for them,... & SEEKING DAMAGES!!

[] TWO Union Industry Strikes!

[] Audited filings say:
1. MIKP has NO MONEY!
2. About $150,000.00 owed to Mark
3. Says MIKP has NOT made ANY significant revenues since (2009) INCEPTION!!

4. And the strikes are halting their projects, which they suspect will continue AFTER the strike resolves.

Along with the NON-FAN or FAN-POWNED Arowana MIKP company, it's GAGGED TA, & the terrible insensitivities to DECIMATED (aka: absence of "ceo" LEARNING) former shareholders & why the strikes are likely to last well into the Christmas Holiday season! And if so, what would that mean to SHAREHOLDERS capital investment, the company with NO way to GENERATE PROFITS, & the subsequent DILUTION that is SURE TO COME!! And is likely to be in the form of UNRESTRICTED SHARES before ANY MONEY is made here!!
