The best avenue for dialog and Q/A are the twitter off the cuffs or email. If someone asked for information in a genuine and respectful way, there were answers, end of story. Even then, some tried to make a mess of things. The company has committed it's energies on the business and said as much on there by saying they were going to engage less and in particular for just banter-sake. This is welcomed as he spent tons of wasted time leading nowhere and seeming a bit immature at times.
