I was the first one to mention the missing 20M shares, and then I believe this forum collectively made it enough of an issue that he had to file the revised report.

Several people emailed him about it, allegedly, and there were multiple posts for weeks here. Then he filed the fourth version of the 2022 Annual Report, with the only change being that he listed the shares.

I guess technically I didn't "force him," the OTCM disclosure requirements forced him, but this forum was instrumental in bringing it to his attention and highlighting the need to file a revised report.
