Arowana "crowdfunding" closed last Q & appears to have RAISED a whopping $10,210
HOWERVER, according to the "costs" disclosure:
The IMMEDIATE (legal, accounting & intermediary) EXPENSES = $10,000.00
So $210 remain.
If we consider website construction, set-up, maintenance, adding in pay-services, costs, etc.,.... I hardly see where this is benefitting shareholders. But what's been WORSE BY FAR is the absolute DILUTION & absence of transparency through the years.
Anyway, I think the simple answer to your question is NO.
On balance, it did not "raise any money".
