“I am impressed with the new guidelines. I find them very balanced and reasonable. I try to adhere to the gist of them. Unfortunately too many posters are not trying just to move the stock price rather than entering into intelligent discussion.”



The previous ToU allowed intelligent discussion. The new ToU allow intelligent discussion to be drowned by personal attacks and OT flummery and puffery.

That’s why the penny stock pimping community is so deliriously happy with the new “guidelines”.
