Mom and Pops were well aware that the CEO they voted for was a 2 time felon and unqualified to be CEO. He was the problem. He’s who hire Amarex, contrary to advice, and he’s who praised them for years AND who gave Kazempour some crap position ANd shares.

Poor Mom and Pop trusted NP, that was the problem.
