Biggest reason is because this CEO hasn't done anything other than hire attorneys, bring on board members, create fake LOIs, MOUs and spend a day creating a couple websites.... only to let their domain expire after they serve their purpose of creating a pump.
Pretty good reason to sell if you ask me.
