What fraud are you talking about
You bought shares on the open market not from the company!!
The company make no money on you buying those shares !
The ceo has never sold any shares that he was given!!!!
The people that bought share from the company yes got them at a discount but the they are taking the risk and many o they cooks not sell when to price was 5-10 cent because they were restricted!!

If this was a scam by the ceo would you think he would have issues 1 or 2 billion share when the pice was 5-10 cent he did not !!
Yes he has take about some deals that never happened but he did not claim if was a fact that it would come true
Everyone who bought base on that is at there own risk
