Once again, you have no training in the law, you have stated you were an accountant. The Constitution is subject to interpretation. That can also change by the decade, and if it is controlled by a Republican majority or Democrat one.

The law of the land is nothing more than what the political party who is control can say it is.


As an example, the law of the land was that Abortion was legal for the past 50 years, now the States are trying to take it away and persuade the Supreme Court to alter it once again.

There is no true law of the land in America.
