snake, have you been following MIKP, itself? do you know why it was suspended?
re: "want to punish mark for life."
trust that you and i are on the same side of the reinstatement debate. as posted, i have 50 million reasons gathering dust on a shelf.
that said, if we want to have a rational adult discussion of the 211, we need to look at the topic from FINRA's point of view.
FINRA doesn't have an investment in MIKP's future. FINRA is simply tasked with evaluating Mark's biz (via form 10), and deciding whether they feel Mark will behave more responsibly toward shareholders in the future, than he did in the first 5 years driving MIKP.
to point, the RS in his other stock, just filed this week, despite promise to not RS that stock until revenues were established, could be a factor in their decision.
fwiw, all of us in that stock expected an RS sometime soon. but i'm honestly surprised Mark didn't wait on that RS until the MIKP 211 process was complete.
snake, the concern is the legacy of Mark's past behavior with the stock, which led to the SEC suspension this 211 is hoping to counteract.
nutshell, FINRA needs to believe Mark has truly changed his stripes. if they feel he is just going to dump shares into pump promos again,
unfort, the just-announced RS in Mark's other stock (after Mark, once again, promised he would not RS until he had revenue streams) isn't great timing for this review. ....
