Any one have any clue if October debenture’s maturity date or 10 yr option plan expiring in August applies here?? I don’t think they do but maybe there is a chance. I believe the warrants / securities agreement has some ground. The option plan should have some ground too but I guess that’s up to Kazzy to decide. Any ways. I guess we just have to sit tight and let the dice fall where they may. 100 days to settle claims. 100 days to settle lawyer claims. 180 days for Remnant asset sale. 25 days for final decree. Just over a year to go till credit building begins again. Should see Cytovia going public by reverse triangular merger completion next April. Maybe some liquidity at that point. Lucky Creditors get their settlement much sooner than us shareholders. What a process. I guess this was the year for mutual agreement to be finalized and that’s all folks. At least we have the Final Order. Oh boy. Yippee. Good times. Cuckoo Penny
