Over a decade ago, MIKP was saddled with convertible loans. Mark got the company because it was cheap, but there were strings attached. And, yes, many shares were issued.

Now there are ZERO convertible loans. Mark got out from under all of that BS. And he has self-funded MIKP, standing by his shareholders and coming back from the grey markets to now be SEC-registered and OTC pink current.

The market cap is under $2M.

And there's amazing IP in the form of Vampirella, Wish, and the Ella Clah mysteries. This is a very different situation than existed way back then.
