Nobody "controls the bias" of a board. This conspiracy nonsense has no basis in facts. A board's "bias" is based on the sentiment of posters... "pro", "con", "neutral" etc.
A poster's failure to follow TOS is not the fault of mods or admin, and as explained dozens of times, mod deleted posts can be appealed.
After years of membership and thousands of posts, it should be clear enough what the rules are. I initially had quite a few posts deleted. It didn't take very long for me to figure out how to follow TOS so my deletions were few & far between.
A bit like speeding while driving and getting speeding tickets. Don't want a ticket? Slow down. But blaming the police over & over doesn't accomplish anything.
Now that TOS is relaxed, those who struggled to understand, may find fewer posts deleted, so perhaps the nonsensical complaining will diminish. However, everyone will have a learning curve with the new TOS, so I expect there will be more mistakenly deleted posts in the short term.
...mods that hate the company and challenge the pumpers essentially controlling the bias of a board
