LG, If your expectation for an 8-K this week doesn't come to pass, then maybe as you are saying, there maybe something written that the stock has to be above $50.00 consistently for sometime and it may be inter-twined with that Statute of limitations expiring in 15 years in September...IF I see this happening next week thing(the MMs consistently setting a $50 Floor), then we could make some money off it till September 15th, 2023...
