Good post. You are absolutely right about Americans, not immigrants, being most responsible for fentanyl coming into the country and most obviously for creating the demand for it. And right about Republicans abrogating most every governing responsibility you could imagine while concentrating on the culture war they have created and fostered themselves. And right on American conservatives directly responsible for at the very least 100,000s of covid deaths due to their denial of science and their selfish and slavish allegiance to small government ideology. And due to their misinformed distrust of world renowned health experts.
