No, nothing has been disabled. However, if they continue moderating based on the previous rules, there will likely be a lot of restored posts. If continued after PMs explaining, they'll likely be removed. We're trying to avoid any of that and just asking during the transition period they report them and see what happens.

And are you saying mods can't remove a post on a premium board?

No, the new guidelines are strictly for stock specific boards. This does not impact general trading or investing forums nor does it have anything to do with premium boards.
