No, not joking. There is no definitive statement on timing of meeting. The only definitive timing is on intended submission this week. I understand a casual reader would walk away with that impression that intended submission and meeting are happening at same time, or at least in same week, but that's not stated. Moreover, per past RDGL experience, there has always been several weeks between a submission and meeting to discuss the submission. Maybe this time is different, but unlikely. I can only go by last week’s statement and the fact that timing of meeting isn't declaratively stated. As far as RDGL's social media flunky, if one accepts anything he says, one also has to accept that nonsense about lemon juice and olive oil on empty stomach prevents cancer.
