Learn about the MOB involvement & other sordid aspects of this ticker, Mark's business & operations, the stock REVERSE SPLIT history, DTC Chill, SEC SUSPENSION for STOCK FRAUD, the "dormant for many years", the DROP into the GREY (dead) sheets, shareholder-frontloader REVIVAL, the A/S RAISE to 5.1B shares, the LOST George RR Martin shareholder-held (since 2010) IP that is NOT in filings along with some other tidbits... As best I can tell.

I've been ASKING for over a week now about Georgie Porgie's HIGHLY COVETED & LUCRATIVE IP but that 10-12g/a "amazing document" seems to be HIDING IT!! If it's there, I haven't found it!!

In fact, not since mid-2015 is that IP listed... & then,... as if forgotten. NO FORMAL mention of loss, sale, assignment, etc..

So to answer your question: MIKP was in a POSITION of control of this ticker & stock AS CEO before it BECAME $MIKP -- ya follow?
