The true A/S is on file with the Wyoming Secretary of State and is 5.1B shares. It is complete BS for you to insinuate otherwise. Indeed, you come clean later on in your post. Pathetic.

Is it true the A/S was 11,000,000,000 (ELEVEN BILLION) shares or somesuch?
