What did Mark-the-$MIKP-DILUTION-SHARK do with the George RR Martin IP? Did he eat it for himself?

The GRRM IP disappears from the late 2015 filings: Just,.... like the share structure before Mark R/S: POOF! Shareholder MONEY: VAPORIZED!!

And although ABSENT corporate filings from mid-2015, $MIKP-shareholder ownership ("rights") appear in this 2019 PR in which Mark states the following:

I’ve always thought there was a terrific movie in “The Skin Trade,” but somehow no one has ever optioned it till now. The novella is a horror/ mystery cross set in a decaying rustbelt city and featuring a hot young female private eye and a hypochondriac lycanthrope, how that for high concept? Randi and Willie are still favorites of mine. The novella won the World Fantasy Award too, which is how I got that head of H.P. Lovecraft that looks down over my living room. I hope that Mike the Pike does a kickass job with it…. These things do take time, of course, and we’re still a long way from the cameras rolling…

Ironically George is accepting an award here. Weeks before the MOST LUCRATIVE $MIKP rights GO MISSING from 2015 filings! Why?



Anyone find ANY MENTION, discussions, disclosure, etc., on these SEMINAL (to the company & shareholders) rights that have seemingly VANISHED?

Why NO MENTION (that I have found thus far) in the audited historical record regarding THE BUSINESS of $MIKP???

Not even ONE PENNY from "upfront considerations" at contract signing?
