Yes - it's a sad story of deception. My bet is - Nancy got deceived herself. I doubt very highly she knew the company was going to be tied up in lawsuits. And again - HOW DID CURE "OWE 4.15 Million dollars to TF Tech Ventures" and how did it become part of the 20 Million deal ? Lot's of shady stuff seems to be going on... and that makes the lawsuit even more challenging.
