Good call. In the May 8K Article 3, item 3.19, the Market Capitalization value used as a default term was $5,000,000 on any trading day, but in the June 8K, the value has been dropped to $3,000,000.

Looks like they changed the terms, so now the SP can go down to $3,000,000 / 2,294,940,557 (Outstanding Shares) = .0013 before being considered default, instead of .00217.

Way to move the goal post RC!
