Boris...I like what you are saying but what if nothing happens after the statute of limitations runs out?

By letting it run out without a pending lawsuit from legacy escrows; does this mean that there is nothing the legacy escrows could do after that date then we are permantley screwed with nothing whatsoever we could pursue?

Seems like if I were a hedgy or JPM who has blood on their hands all they have to do is wait out the statute then bask in the SPOILS with no danger of retaliation from legacy shareholders and who knows why we havent heard anything from the hdegies...maybe they were already paid underneath the table while we wait for the final nail in our coffin!!!
