I am still trying to figure out how Cure Pharmaceuticals OWED 4.5 Million dollars to TF Tech Ventures to begin with. Part of the 20 Million deal was to " cancel Cure’s $4.15 million debt".

Anyhow - the promissory note for the final 2 Million becomes due at the end of this month.

What a wicked web has been woven with all of the numbers, patents, change of BOD's from one company to the other etc. It's like trying to solve a Rubix cube.
