That is a lot of nonsense.

In a Chapter 11 a Plan of Reorganization - which
outlines the distribution, if any, for the Classes of
Secured and Unsecured Creditors, Bondholders,
and Shareholders - has to be filed, voted on, and
approved first before any cancellation of Debt or
Common Shares.
