It would be impossible to go private without cleaning up the Ionic debt. That would involve a lawsuit that Avenir is sure to lose.

DEFAULTED DEBT, NO CASH, and auditor resigned over accounting issues and financials haven't been filed since 3rd qtr 2022.

How anyone could be bullish on this Company is astounding!!
