I am sure you are all aware of the story about a women complaining about her stock and so forth..... Do you folks plan to announce anything tomorrow morning to clarify anything?

The cease and desist order you are referring to is directed against a private Pennsylvania Corporation called Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation. UPZS is not the subject of the cease and desist order. It is our understanding that nothing has been sold in violation of the cease and desist order. I hope this provides you with the information you are looking for. We are a bit confused about your reference to accredited investors. UPZS stock is not limited to sales to and ownership by accredited investors.
By the way, we were hoping to speak with you or another reporter from your station about the growth of our franchise nationwide. As the only publicly traded pizza franchise based locally, we believe your audience would find our story interesting. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this further.
