MK was one of several looked at to replace Katzaroff as CEO. MK was extensively vetted and determined to have the best background, education, and experience to be CEO and move the company forward. The large financial investors from NY also agreed with MK selection. This same group also agreed moving forward with IsoPet was in the best overall interest of the company and investors. The company would not have survived without MK as CEO. Company would also not be in as good a position for IDE approval without MK. To say otherwise is pure foolishness and lack of knowledge and experience running a company of this type.
