Might be getting to some parking arrangements and a higher pps...

250 million moving into ECGRD from somewhere at some point.

PTEL Deal? Well, that is one of my possibles. Seems to me 16.39 Billion of 19.9 has to get smaller and parked differently....to breath.

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
