Your fiscal year has to be finished before it gets audited. You don't sign off on an audit piecemeal with open books. But that's not the point I was making. Frank B was saying the hold up on closing the deal was because it takes a long time to audit a company of such large scope. The tweet by the company says it takes a few days. These guys are jokers.
