For instance, when he released 100+ pages of communications with FINRA when it wasn't required to but did due to all the questioning that the process was even started, was underway, etc..
That is transparency as was the countless updates prior to that about the process and updates. The dialog was 100% occurring and he was letting shareholders know the updates as best he understood the process and status.
