I agree jgrant. Holders of IGEN at this point are not selling. It would make no snow at all to sell IGEN at this price. Better to simply hang on to a lottery ticket, no?

It is only Chan and his team of MMs that continue to dump IGEN at this bid and stack the ask with what they know are insurmountable numbers given astoundingly low level of interest in this ticker.

It is now to a point where they cannot sell very much or IGEN will be at .0001.

Hence the need for an RS and a new generation of investors. Keep that ATM going!
