I think you need to remember that most of the time, you two only hear from people who want to complain about what they think is wrong with the site and has injured them. So yes, you evidently get a lot of complaints from people who think they should be allowed to attack others. But as I hope you've seen over the past few days, there are a great many users who do NOT agree about that.
